King's College Cambridge

King's College Cambridge and its world-famous Chapel receive nearly a million visitors a year. The Team has been hired to help the college improve and manage the visitor experience. The first phase of the project includes advising on visitor routes, providing improved visitor orientation material such as a new guidebook, and creating and sourcing new merchandise lines for the shop – which will truly reflect the importance and stature of this great institution.
