Henry Moore Foundation (Perry Green)

The Henry Moore Foundation was founded by Henry Moore in 1977 to encourage appreciation of the visual arts, especially sculpture. Its responsibilities are preserving Moore's legacy at his Hertfordshire home and in exhibitions worldwide; running research and exhibition programmes at the Henry Moore Foundation in Leeds; and awarding grants to arts organisations in the United Kingdom and abroad.

Kristen and Sian have been leading a series of exercises with the senior management team of the Foundation, focusing on developing a strategic plan to support its goals, aspirations and responsibilities as one of Britain's leading cultural charities.
