The British Library

Working with senior management, The Exhibitions Team devised and implemented a new procedure for evaluating exhibition proposals at The British Library.

We produced and tested a set of template documents to capture cross-departmental interests and concerns. The qualitative and quantitative information enables the BL Management Team to assess the financial, operational and resource impact of each proposal in terms of the Library's overall aims and objectives.
