A major gallery exploring the connections and exchanges between Britain, Africa and the Americas from 1600 to 1850. Dealing with the sensitive subject matter of the Slave Trade in Britain, the gallery is accompanied by a series of learning packs and an interactive website, 'Understanding Slavery', which was funded by the DCMS.
