Redevelopment of the Old Royal Observatory
The first major refurbishment of the Old Royal Observatory since its opening in the 1960s, this project included much-needed remedial work to the roof structure of Christopher Wren's Octagon Room, the redesign of 14 galleries in Flamstead House and the Meridian Building, a major re-display of the Harrison chronometers and much improved facilities for the visitor.
