Sian focuses on directing projects and leading on content development for displays and exhibitions. 

She also has a track-record as an interim manager, providing senior-level leadership for a number of museums and galleries. She has helped teams make lasting improvements.

Prior to co-founding The Exhibitions Team, Sian was the Displays Director at Royal Museums Greenwich.

Sian also leads a private art collection management service Caring for Your Collection:

Maria is an experienced heritage consultant and curator, skilled in problem-solving and nurturing creative partnerships. The protection of global heritage under threat is particularly close to her heart. 

Before co-founding The Exhibitions Team, Maria was Curator of Astronomy at the Royal Observatory Greenwich, and later Head of Exhibitions at Royal Museums Greenwich, where she is now Curator Emeritus. 

Maria is a trustee of ICOM UK with responsibility for liaising with Blue Shield UK. She is currently writing a book on generating ideas for exhibitions.

Victoria is a curator, historian and writer with over twenty years experience developing content for exhibitions, broadcasters, publishers and websites. Many of her projects have had a twentieth century focus but she has worked on exhibitions across a wide range of historic periods and locations.


Her work includes researching, writing and editing text, sourcing images and artefacts and carrying out oral history interviews. In addition, she acts as a text consultant advising museum curators on crafting exhibition text.


Victoria is also the co-founder of the annual West Cork History Festival:
